Yes ma'am, we offer special group rates. If you want to book for a group we have facilities designed for small or big number of occupancies with rooms spacious enough for small groups. We will offer you a discount of 30% if you will book for a group.

We also book some events at my hotel,bring your dream events into reality assisted by our in-house event coordinator. Celebrate special moments in our Function Room.

Don't worry ma'am any forms of payment are acceptable to pay for rooms.

Just answer the needed information in our reservation page and you may indicate your special requests below.

our unique package is choose and go. we will show you some destination and you will create your own itinerary but it's your choice if you want us to provide or you want to choose. because we want you to spend your time wisely.

our tour guides are well-trained in-terms of safety an security and we have enough tour guides to assist you. so you will assure that my travel agency is safe

if do you want to limit your budget i suggest go to the destination near in manila yet relaxing and also affordable.

yup ma'am we provide insurance. damage insurance is 40,000 plus hospital bill and death insurance is 100,000 plus hospital and funeral bills

for your first question… REFUNDS

Section 1. GENERAL
On failure by Carrier to provide carriage in accordance with the Contract of Carriage, or where a Passenger requests a voluntary change of his or her arrangements, refund for an unused Ticket or portion thereof shall be made by Carrier in accordance with this Article and with Carrier's Tariffs.
Sec. 2. PERSON TO WHOM REFUND WILL BE MADE
(a) Except as hereinafter provided in this Article, refund shall be made either to the person named in the Ticket, or to the person who has paid for the Ticket upon presentation of satisfactory proof of entitlement to the refund.
(b) If a Ticket has been paid for by a person other than the Passenger named in the Ticket, and Carrier has so indicated on the Ticket that there is a restriction on refund, Carrier shall make a refund only to that person paying for the Ticket or to that person's order.
(c) Except in the case of lost international Tickets, refunds will only be made on surrender to Carrier of the Passenger Coupon and surrender of all unused Flight Coupons.
(d) A refund made to anyone presenting the Passenger Coupon or Passenger receipt and all unused Flight Coupons and holding himself or herself out as a person to whom refund may be made in terms of (a) or (b) above shall be deemed a proper refund and shall discharge Carrier from liability and any further claim for refund.
VOLUNTARY REFUNDS
If the Passenger wishes a refund of his or her Ticket for reasons other than those set out in Section 3 of this Article, the amount of the refund shall be:
(a) if no portion of the Ticket has been used, an amount equal to the fare paid, less any applicable service charges or cancellation fees;
(b) if a portion of the Ticket has been used, the refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation used, less any applicable service charges or cancellation fees. Rebooking fee is dependent on the conditions attached to the fare purchased. Please call our SALES OFFICE for further assistance. Our sales office is in the best position to check on the fare rules/general conditions of its booking class and advise you of any applicable charges to be paid.
For your second question…aside from cash ma’am…bratzie air accepts all major credit cards (visa, master cards, etc.)
For the third one…bratzie air has a minimum of 25 flights daily ad a maximum of 35 flights daily (both local and international).

Add 1000.00 per additional person for triple/quad rooms.
Student Groups are flat for 1-4 persons per room w/ two double beds.

Porterage: Optional at 2000.00 per person, round-trip.
Cots: 1500.00/night additional
All Rates subject to 14.45% tax.
Catered meals and an "inclusive" Group Dining Menu are available.
